One Congregation – Multiple Locations - A Ministry Template
One Vision and Mission
A multi-site church is one congregation meeting in multiple locations. Ministry environments are recreated in every location, mostly live, with the message being share universally across sites.
One Staff
Though staff are regionally deployed, we are one staff serving one mission in multiple locations. Campus pastors will coordinate efforts together on a management team that gathers campus pastors from all sites.
One Budget
Though sites will initially supplemented with support from other sites, each site in short measure becomes self-sustaining and indeed contributes back toward the development of other sites.
One Eldership
Trinity is staff led, elder guided, and congregationally empowered for ministry. The elders will govern and guide development of all sites and is entrusted with decisional leadership for all sites.
